How Capnix uses cookies, kept minimal and free of advertising trackers

Effective 06 June 2026

01Introduction

This Cookie Policy explains how Webority Technologies Private Limited (CIN: U72900HR2019PTC079747) ("Capnix", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on the Capnix website. It is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and should be read alongside our Privacy Policy. Analytics and preference cookies are on when you arrive on the site. We do not show you a cookie banner. Section 06 explains how to stop them.

02What are cookies

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device so it can work properly, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. Similar technologies include local storage and pixels. Cookies may be "session" cookies, which are deleted when you close your browser, or "persistent" cookies, which stay until they expire or you remove them.

03How we use cookies

We use cookies only to keep you signed in and the site working, to remember your choices, and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles or to follow you across other websites.

04Types of cookies we use

  • Strictly necessary, keep you signed in and the site secure and working. On by default; the site cannot function without them.
  • Preferences, remember choices you make on the site.
  • Analytics, help us understand how the site is used. We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager (Google), and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft), which also records anonymised session replays of clicks and scrolling so we can see where pages confuse people. These are on when you arrive, and their data is processed outside India.

05Cookies we do not use

We use no advertising cookies and no cross-site or third-party tracking cookies. We do not sell or share cookie data for marketing.

06Managing your cookies

To stop analytics, block or delete cookies for this site in your browser settings, or write to dpo@webority.com and we will action it for you. Either way it does not affect your loan requirement or how your file is handled. Your browser's instructions are here:

Please note that blocking strictly-necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working.

07Third-party services

Some cookies are set by the trusted providers we use to run the site, such as our analytics and our content-delivery and security providers, each engaged under a written data-processing arrangement. How they handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

08Changes

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time and will give 15 days' notice before any material change.
