1. A complaint about Capnix. Send it to our Grievance Officer using the details above.

2. A complaint about a loan you have taken. Raise it with the lender in the first instance. The lender, not Capnix, is responsible for the loan, its terms and its repayment.

3. If a complaint about a digital loan is not resolved within 30 days. You may escalate it to the Reserve Bank of India under the Reserve Bank Integrated Ombudsman Scheme, on the RBI Complaint Management System at cms.rbi.org.in (opens in a new tab).

Complaints about your data

To exercise a data right, or to ask a question about how we handle your data, use the data protection contact in section 16 of our Privacy Policy. If you are not satisfied with how a grievance about your data is resolved, you may escalate it to the Data Protection Board of India.

Check an entity or report unauthorised activity

The Reserve Bank of India runs a portal called RBI Sachet (opens in a new tab) for checking an entity and reporting unauthorised activity.
