Business loans for service businesses and professional firms
Service businesses usually borrow against cash flow rather than assets: a working capital limit for payroll and slow-paying clients, an unsecured loan, or a term loan for a new office. Since 21-Mar-2026, lenders can also cover machinery and equipment loans to service enterprises under the MCGS-MSME guarantee scheme.

Capnix is not a lender and never lends its own capital. The lender decides every approval, amount, rate and charge. We read the strength of your cash flow rather than your assets, share your file with lenders on our panel only after you give consent, and stay on it until disbursal. Getting your loan through us costs you nothing.

Borrowing without heavy assets
Banks may not take collateral on loans up to ₹20,00,000 to micro and small enterprises sanctioned or renewed from 01-Apr-2026. Above that, lenders read cash flow, banking and GST instead of assets.

Getting paid on time by corporate clients
A buyer must pay a micro or small supplier of goods or services within the agreed period, and at most 45 days from acceptance. After that it owes compound interest at three times the RBI bank rate.
A supplier with a valid Udyam registration can file a dispute with the state MSE Facilitation Council through the MSME Samadhaan portal.

Worked example: bridging a month's payroll for 90 days
A service firm with monthly payroll of ₹8,00,000 carries it on a working capital limit while a client pays after 90 days. The example rate is 10.5% a year, the top of the range one public sector bank publishes for micro enterprise loans up to ₹25,00,000. It is an example, not an offer.
| Item | On a month's payroll |
|---|---|
| Amount interest is charged on | ₹8,00,000 |
| Interest for 90 days at 10.5% a year | ₹20,712 |
Interest = amount x rate x days / 365. Fees and taxes are extra.
