It is an example, not an offer. The fee column is a 2% processing fee, the maximum one lender, Kotak Mahindra Bank, publishes (Kotak Mahindra Bank).

Each amount page shows the EMI at 10.75%, 14% and 18% for several tenures, the total interest, and the rules and schemes that apply at that size. 10.75% is the bottom of HDFC Bank's published range of 10.75% to 22.50% (HDFC Bank).
How the EMI is worked out
EMI = P × r × (1 + r)^n ÷ ((1 + r)^n - 1). P is the loan amount, r is the monthly rate (the annual rate divided by 12 and by 100) and n is the number of months (Standard loan EMI formula). At the same rate and tenure the EMI scales with the amount, so ₹20,00,000 costs twice the EMI of ₹10,00,000.
The EMI leaves out fees. The APR, the annual cost including interest and all other charges, is the figure to compare between offers (RBI notification).
